Performance Pilates for Runners & Cyclists

With a life long interest in sport, particularly cycling and running, it has been a natural progression for Karen to specialise in the biomechanics of runners and cyclists.  Karen has been trained through the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) to run courses on Performance Pilates for Cyclists and Runners. These programmes (tailored for individuals or in small groups) can further enhance the awareness of clients, using Pilates principles, focussing on muscle groups primarily used in these sports, improving alignment, coordination, balance and strength.
