Karen uses the techniques of both Pilates and Somatic movement to bring attention to our bodies, encouraging and teaching more grace and freedom to move with less effort.  These methods increase body awareness, improve posture, balance, flexibility, strength, concentration, reduces the risk of injury, changes your shape and gives you a deeper sense of wellbeing......

Teaches classes and private lessons in Inverness, Drumnadrochit, Dingwall and the Highlands.
