Karen uses the complementary techniques of Pilates, Somatic movement and more recently Yoga to bring attention to our bodies, encouraging and teaching more grace and freedom to move with less effort. Primarily enhancing our mind and body awareness. These methods not only increase body awareness, they improve posture, balance, flexibility, strength, concentration, reducing the risk of injury, changing your shape and giving you a deeper sense of wellbeing......
