Karen's Pilates and Movement 

Karen teaches in a friendly and supportive way, offering classes and individual lessons. Teaching Pilates for 20 years Karen focusses on offering a bespoke system of practice for everyone who participates. 

By bringing attention to our body and mind, learning to feel which muscles are working as we move, Karen offers a technique that develops skillful movement, away from pain, and encourages more grace and ease.

The method of Pilates not only increase body awareness, it can improve posture, balance, flexibility, strength, concentration, reducing the risk of injury, changing your shape and giving you a deeper sense of wellbeing......

Teaches classes and private lessons in Inverness, Drumnadrochit, Dingwall and the Highlands.
